Mr Khor Kiem Teoh, B. Civil Engineering, born in 1958, a Malaysian, was appointed to the Board as an Executive Director on 16 August 2006.  He was appointed the Chief Operating Officer of ICP. 

He graduated from Auburn University, Alabama, United States of America with a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Civil Engineering in 1981. Upon graduation, he joined Jurutera Konsultant (SEA) Sdn Bhd, an engineering consultancy firm as an engineer.  He was involved in the design of North South Expressway.  

He joined ICP in 1984 as a Sales Engineer and in July 1993 he was promoted to Sales Manager.  He was responsible for the promotion and sales of the Company’s products and the provision of technical advice and support to consultants, government authorities, contractors and project owners.  He was promoted to Deputy General Manager in January 2002 and then was promoted to General Manager in July 2003.
