The Company has disposed its entire two (2) ordinary shares of RM1 each representing 100% of the issued and paid-up capital of Cosmic Centre Sdn Bhd ("CCSB") for a cash consideration of RM2. CCSB is presently a dormant company.
None of the Directors nor substantial shareholders of the Company, or persons connected with them, has any interest, direct or indirect, in the disposal.
