An Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") will be convened to seek the approval of shareholders for the Proposed Renewal of General Mandate and New General Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue/Trading Nature (collectively referred to as "the Proposal"). A Circular to Shareholders detailing the Proposal will be despatched to shareholders not less than 21 days from the date of meeting. The EGM will be held at the Registered Office on 15 August 2006 at 12.00 noon (or immediately upon the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting, which has been scheduled at 11.30 a.m. on the same day and at the same venue).
