Further to the announcement on 22 November 2004, the Company is pleased to announce the incorporation of ICP Jiangmen Co. Ltd ("ICPJ") in the Guangdong Province of the People's Republic of China on 21 December 2004. The paid-up and issued share capital of ICPJ will be RMB60 million (about RM27.5 million), and ICPJ will be a 73% subsidiary of the Company.

ICPJ is setting up a factory in Gujing town, Xinhui District, Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province of the People's Republic of China, to produce and market pretensioned spun concrete piles. Site possession is expected late February 2005, and the factory commissioned in December 2005.
