(2) Share split of each of the issued shares after the Bonus Issue into 2 new ordinary shares of RM0.50 each ("Share Split")

(a) ICP's entire issued and paid-up share capital of RM175,792,456 comprising 351,584,912 ordinary shares of RM0.50 each after the Bonus Issue and Share Split will be granted listing and quotation with effect from 9.00 a.m., Friday, 24 June 2005.

(b) Trading in ICP's shares will resume with effect from 9.00 a.m., Friday, 24 June 2005.
