Further to the announcement on 21 May 2002 in relation to the legal proceedings against Concrete Engineering Products Berhad ("CEPCO"), the Company wishes to announce the decision of the Court of Appeal of Malaysia as follows:-

1. The Company's appeal under Civil Appeal No. W-02-247-2001 on the Company's claim against CEPCO for breach of contract and specific performance of the Management Agreement dated 5 June 1996 was dismissed with costs.

2. CEPCO's cross appeal under Civil Appeal No. W-02-247-2001 against the Company for trespass and constructive trusteeship was dismissed with costs.

3. CEPCO's appeal under Civil Appeal No. W-02-265-2001 againt the Company for constructive trustees was dismissed with costs.

The above will not have any significant effect on the earnings or net tangible assets per share of the Company for the financial period ending 31 March 2005.
