The
Bonus Issue shall involve the issuance of 29,298,742 new ICP Shares
("Bonus Shares"), to be credited as fully paid-up, on the basis of one (1)
new ICP Share for every five (5) existing ICP Shares held.
The
Bonus Shares shall, upon allotment and issue, rank pari passu in all
respects with the existing ICP Shares, save and except that they shall not
be entitled to participate in any other rights, allotments, dividends
and/or any other distributions, the entitlement date of which is prior to
the date of allotment of the Bonus Shares. As such, the Bonus Shares will
not be entitled for the Second Interim Dividend.
The Bonus Shares
and the existing ICP Shares will be subdivided into two (2) new ICP Shares
of RM0.50 each pursuant to the Share Split to be implemented immediately
after the Bonus Issue. |
