The following special and ordinary resolutions have been approved by shareholders at the EGM held this afternoon:-
1. Proposed Amendment to Article 4 of the Articles of Association;
2. Proposed Amendment to Article 4(ii) of the Articles of Association;
3. Proposed Bonus Issue of 29,298,742 new ordinary shares of RM1 each on the basis of one (1) new share for every five (5) existing shares held;
4. Proposed Share Split of each existing shares of RM1 each into two (2) ordinary shares of RM0.50 each;
5. Proposed New Bye-Laws of the Employee Share Option Scheme;
6. Proposed Grant of Options to Dato' Rahmat Bin Jamari, a non-executive Director, to subscribe for up to 100,000 new ordinary shares of RM0.50 each in the Company;
7. Proposed Grant of Options to Dato' Goh Chye Keat, a non-executive Director, to subscribe for up to 100,000 new ordinary shares of RM0.50 each in the Company;
8. Proposed Grant of Options to Dato' Chew Kong Seng @ Chew Kong Huat, a non-executive Director, to subscribe for up to 100,000 new ordinary shares of RM0.50 each in the Company;
9. Proposed Grant of Options to Aziz Bin Bahaman, a non-executive Director, to subscribe for up to 100,000 new ordinary shares of RM0.50 each in the Company; and
10. Proposed Grant of Options to Khor Kiem Teoh, the Chief Operating Officer, to subscribe for up to 220,000 new ordinary shares of RM0.50 each in the Company.
