An Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") will be convened to seek the approval of shareholders for the Proposed Renewal of General Mandate and New General Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transaction of a Revenue/Trading Nature (collectively referred to as "the Proposal"). A Circular to Shareholders detailing the Proposal will be despatched to shareholders not less than 21 days from the date of meeting. The EGM will be held at the Registered Office on 8 August 2005 at 4.30 p.m. (or immediately upon the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting, which has been scheduled at 4.00 p.m. on the same day and at the same venue).
